94-05 4.1 Torsen Differential. Type 2 torsen differential. Came out of a 1997 M-Edition with 170k. Differential is in great operable condition. Differential housing has weld in braces. Vehicle was able to be driven and tested prior to parting. Include carrier. Will fit 90-05 Miata as long as 1.8 axles and driveshaft are used.
