1.8 Swap Modified Thermostat Housing

Swapping in a 94-05 1.8 in your 90-93? To be able to allow the factory 1.6 ECU to operate properly you need to run the 1.6 radiator fan switch. Your options up to this point was to swap in the 1.6 thermostat housing or using a hose splice housing. We designed this part using an OEM 1.8 thermostat housing and an M16x1.5 bung professionally welded to mimic the original 1.6 housing design. 

It clears factory fans/OE radiators as well as most aftermarket radiators. Factory thermostat cover so OEM/aftermarket thermostats, gaskets, and hoses all work.
